Pumpkin Ices!
Got some canned pumpkin sitting in the pantry! Instead of waiting till the fall to use it for pumpkin pie or what have you, why not get some popsicle molds if you don't have some already, and freeze the pumpkin into pumpkin ices! You can get creative too, adding a bit of orange juice or some spices like ginger or cinnamon. Definitely a great treat in the summer. Let's see the local Italian ices or ice cream parlor beat that flavor!
